Online Poker Ban - USA
Recently, online poker has taken a turn for the worse. President Bush signed into law the Safe Port Authority Act, which included a section on online gambling. Many people have misinterpreted the bill as a ban on online gambling, when in fact the law does not ban gambling online at all. The bill is simply taking away the right for USA financial institutions to accept or process payments from online poker rooms, casinos, etc…

Many poker rooms and casinos online have closed their doors to U.S. customers due to being publicly traded on the stock markets, however all the private companies such as Full Tilt, Poker Stars and many others are open worldwide.

We have compiled a list of United States supported poker rooms and poker rooms that accept U.S. players but are restricted to certain U.S. states, as well as the poker sites that no longer accept U.S. poker players.
