The largest poker tournament ever to be held in Russia is scheduled to take place later this year.

Called the White Night Millions, the poker tourney is to take place in St. Petersburg, Russia, which was formerly called Leningrad.

The event is scheduled for May 11-18, 2008.

According to event organizers, the tournament will have a $10,000 buy-in or entry fee.

In addition, the tourney will have a total prize pool of $1 million, organizers said.

For those who don’t happen to have ten grand in spare change laying around for the entrance fee, you can win entry into the White Night Millions by competing in an online satellite poker tournament run by online poker room Titan Poker (www.titanpoker.com).
