I was on pure play around 11PM EDT and a pop up tried to install a trojan horse virus in my computer.

Just wanted everyone to know, thankfully my virus protection stopped it.

Pureplay.com spits out viruses, about 1 per hour of play. I have had 2 different antivirus programs detect the viruses. I have complained to Pureplay and they can't or won't stop them. I believe that some of their ads transmit
viruses. Pureplay is the only, repeat only, poker site I have ever gotten a virus from in over 4 years of online poker play.

I've been playing here off an on for a month and havn't noticed any viruses. Are you sure it is from pureplay?

I did not face any virus problem on Pureplay.com. However most of the gambling sites which provide online playing services are virus free. Because it is dangerous for both site and players.

My advice would be to only stick with the most prominent and reputable sites, that don't resort to this infusion of spyware. Some of these "off-brands" still resort to this dirty pool.
